New access methods

Hi,

Although not directly on-topic, if you haven't seen them there are two
new ways of viewing the TV listings:

  * Via a WAP phone - developed by Chris Lloyd: http://waptv.bleb.org/
  * Via an offline viewer for Windows - developed by Andrew Berry:
    http://junkyard.ath.cx/tv_guide/

Thanks to both Chris and Andrew for developing these. I've added them
as links to the http://www.bleb.org/tv2/ front page.

If anyone else has anything they'd like linked from there which is using
the XML files, please drop me a line.
