No, the XML isn't in RSS/RDF format, however it shouldn't be too hard to
do it.

Obviously the best plan would be to include it into the transcoding idea
which we discussed on here a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, I
haven't got time to do that at the moment and I want to get the
user-facing side of /tv2/ finished so the old one can be removed.
